UFC President Dana White has backtracked on his earlier stance that a mega-fight between undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. and UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor would never happen. Appearing Wednesday night on the Conan O'Brian show, White says that he now believes the fight will happen, saying there's too much money involved for the fight not to happen. A possible June date has been bandied about but McGregors' girlfriend is expecting their first child and is due in late April or early May. Sources say that a September date is much more likely. The fight would more than likely be held here in Las Vegas and would be one of the biggest sporting events the city has ever seen. Just like waiting to see if the Raiders proposed move to Vegas will happen, we'll hold our breath and wait to see what happens with what could be one of the biggest fights ever!
